Massage is a great Manual Therapy technique that is used to treat a variety of injuries. Massage helps to relieve pain and tension in the soft tissues, including aches and pains from everyday life. DEEP TISSUE Massage helps to alleviate stress and revive the body through constant pressure along the muscles. Massage also helps to improve circulation thus reducing fatigue in the body.
SPORTS MASSAGE focuses on the relief of Trigger points in the soft tissue which reduces the activation of muscles and lowers peak performance. Trigger points can cause pain and limitations in your everyday life, they can be painful, but preference in pressure is always respected.
