What is it Sports Rehab Therapy?

As a Sports Rehab Therapist, I specialise in utilizing a variety of techniques to reduce pain, enhance range of motion, and restore strength. Whether you're recovering from a sports injury, dealing with the effects of illness, or managing chronic pain from long hours at work, I’m here to help you get back to your best self. My approach is focused on achieving the fastest and most effective recovery possible.


Our bodies aren't designed to handle repetitive movements or remain stationary for long periods, like sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day. Without the right care, this can lead to the development of trigger points, mobility restrictions, and eventually pain—limiting our ability to function at our best.


Through a combination of targeted exercises, manual therapy, and evidence-based practices, I will provide a comprehensive diagnosis and work with you to create a personalised treatment plan. 


Together, we’ll implement effective injury management strategies that promote long-lasting results and improve overall well-being.
